This is a shot from my work "Lovers"... I created it in the ambit of my project "persona", and i's composed by 12 different views, showing the several aspects composing the work...
This creation borns from my attemp to express my perception of "union" between female and male principle: Two aspects of the same nature, arise from the illusion of perceiving each other as separated... and, bleared by this perception, start to attract and reject each other mutually... first her, then him... till, finally, this ego-game ends in a warm and sensual union between the principles... The fact that they emerge from the same Ocean represents that all Beings have a common nature and in essence, they are the same. The long tails that play twisting and rejecting each other thus creating soft forms, represent the psycological and phisical game of attraction an repulsion. The sensual anthropomorphous forms in union represent, of course, the union between the two fundamental aspects of the same nature. Trough the sexual attributes and the sensual and pure way in witch they are figured, I wanted to express my vision of sensuality: it's one of the most nice and pleasant ways to give others and ourselves joy (ephemeral or lasting) and, when it's lived with love and light heart, there's no motivation to see it as impure, dangerous or separated from spirituality.
It's been inspired by Essi Kotaviita, Chukimai and the many people that teached me in my past lives in witch I've created my present idealist vision of union. It's ufficially dedicated to all the ladies I've encountered until now and the ones I will unite with in the future.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
